What kinds of events can be shared?
WOW celebrates opportunities that bring women together across the West of Ireland. We welcome submissions for events that encourage connection, learning, creativity, wellbeing, leadership, community engagement, and personal or professional growth of women.
Events may be free or paid, and can be hosted by individuals, businesses, community groups, or organisations.
Our guidelines
To be considered for inclusion, events should:
Be based in the West of Ireland or be meaningfully relevant to women in the region.
Be open and welcoming to women, whether exclusively or as part of a broader audience.
Offer genuine opportunities for connection, learning, inspiration, or community engagement.
Provide clear information about the organiser, location, date, cost, and registration.
Align with WOW's commitment to inclusion, respect, and meaningful connection.
A note about submissions
WOW provides a curated community calendar. Submitting an event does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to select, edit, or decline listings to maintain the quality, relevance, and integrity of the platform.
Events that are primarily promotional, recruitment-focused, misleading, discriminatory, or inconsistent with our community values may not be published.
Publication does not constitute an endorsement of an event or its organiser by WOW.
