  • We start with a complimentary 30-minute introductory call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where we can explore your goals and determine if we’re a good fit.

    For individuals, we focus on what you’re navigating and how coaching or advisory support can help. For organizations, the call is a chance to discuss your work, priorities, and challenges and explore how I can support you.

  • I work with clients through structured engagements designed to support meaningful progress over time. These may take the form of multi-session packages, ongoing retainers, or project-based agreements, depending on the goals and scope of the work.

  • Coaching engagements begin with six-session packages. Session cadence and the overall length of engagement are shaped by the evolving needs of each client.

    Advisory or consulting engagements may also be structured as retainers with a minimum three-month commitment or organized around a defined project timeline, depending on the scope of the work and the level of strategic support required.

  • I’m proud to work with clients across both sides of the Atlantic, offering flexible support tailored to your needs. Wherever you are, I’m here to help you grow with clarity and intention. 

    I provide virtual video sessions designed to fit your time zone and schedule - whether you’re in California, Cork, or anywhere in between.

    I also offer in-person support, including strategy sessions, training, and retreats, depending on your goals and location.
