Hi there,
Thank you for your interest!
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and human potential.
Over the past two decades, I’ve worked with extraordinary leaders and organizations navigating complexity, building meaningful partnerships, and creating lasting impact. My background spans nonprofit leadership, partnership development, and organizational strategy.
Today, as a coach, consultant, and strategic advisor, I work with founders and visionary leaders building organizations intended to make a meaningful contribution to the world. I serve as a trusted thought partner as they navigate transitions, strengthen leadership, and shape strategy for the next stage of growth. My work creates space for thoughtful reflection and decisive action.
How I Work
Whether I’m working one-on-one with a leader navigating change or advising an organization through strategic growth, my approach is grounded in curiosity, insight, and a deep belief in human potential.
I help people step back from day-to-day pressures, see patterns more clearly, and focus on what matters most. Together we explore possibilities, challenge assumptions, and move forward with intention.
My coaching clients are often at moments of transition — feeling stuck, standing at a crossroads, or sensing that something more aligned and energizing is possible. Our work creates the clarity and confidence needed to take meaningful steps forward.
People often describe my presence as perceptive, insightful, and energizing. I notice patterns quickly, cut through the noise, and bring strategic insight and emotional intelligence to conversations that help leaders move forward with focus and confidence.
Professional Background
I’ve held leadership roles at institutions including Habitat for Humanity, American Heart Association, University of California, and Boys & Girls Clubs. Over the course of my career, I’ve led multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns, worked closely with boards and executive teams, and developed strategy across a wide range of organizations and initiatives.
Because my path has crossed many sectors, much of my work today sits at the intersection of business, nonprofit, and community leadership, helping organizations connect ideas, build meaningful partnerships, and unlock new opportunities for impact.
A Broader Perspective
Along the way, I’ve explored experiences far beyond a traditional career path. I’ve lived and traveled internationally, worked across different industries, collaborated with entrepreneurs, artists, scientists, and philanthropists, and helped launch new initiatives and ventures.
These experiences shaped a deep curiosity about people, relationships, and the unexpected opportunities that emerge when different perspectives come together.
At heart, I’m a connector of people, ideas, and possibilities, and I care deeply about helping leaders and organizations realize their potential in ways that create meaningful impact.
