As a coach, I work with individuals who feel stuck, are at a crossroads, or are simply ready for something more aligned and energizing. Together, we create space to reflect, release what no longer serves you, and take meaningful steps forward.

In addition to my coaching practice, I offer consulting services to nonprofit organizations. I help strengthen what’s working, address what’s not, and create growth in ways that align with your mission and values. Wherever you are in the process, I bring practical tools, a fresh perspective, and grounded support.

My consulting work is informed by a two-decade career spent in mission-driven organizations including the American Heart Association, the University of California, and the Boys & Girls Clubs. I’ve led multimillion-dollar fundraising campaigns, designed strategy at every level, and worked closely with boards, teams, and stakeholders to deepen impact and drive meaningful progress.

No matter the context, whether I’m coaching an individual or guiding an organization, I bring the same energy: a calm, strategic presence; a gift for surfacing insights; and a deep commitment to clarity, purpose, and transformational growth.

I’m certified through Kingstown College, with training aligned to both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality, ethical practice.

I hold a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Master’s in Irish Politics from Queen’s University Belfast. I live in Westport, County Mayo with my family, and work with clients across Ireland, Europe, and the U.S.
