A day of self-care, bringing together holistic therapists in a tranquil space to Pause, Breathe, Rest and Reset. Slow paced with welcome refreshments on arrival. We will open with an intention and progress with 3 well-being workshops leading us into lunchtime. A buffet is provided consisting of 3 mains and a choice of sides. The afternoon is Well-being Business Showcase where you get to chat to them finishing with a sound bath. Open to members and non-members. Tables available at €10
